BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE
By placing an order with the Filthy Club WEB STORE you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at email@example.com before placing your order with us.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.
DELIVERIES & RETURNS
All orders received before 2.00pm will be shipped out the same day, any orders received after then will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 2.00pm on a friday, or over the weekend, your item will be shipped on the following Monday.
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the estimated weight and size of the items. We use services from AnPost (Ireland) registered post international for both domestic and international shipping.
For all shipping inside the Ireland we use AnPost Registered delivery.
For all European & International purchases we will use AnPost registered post international dependent on your choice at the checkout phase of purchase. Each service requires a signature on delivery. For completely accurate shipping costs please view shipping costs at checkout.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS:
Estimated delivery times are 1-3 days for Ireland and UK, 2-4 days for Europe and 7-10 days for the ROW. If you would like clarification on shipping prices or times please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PRICES AND DUTIES
The Filthy Club Webstore accepts payments in Euro’s. Most destinations are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
The following regions are sent on a Delivery Duty Paid basis:
We accept payment in Euros. This means the price you see is the price you will be charged. Nothing else.

If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned or exchanged provided that it is in saleable condition.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund items need to posted/couriered back to us within 7 days of being received by you. If you return the product any later than the 7 day time slot, you will have up to 14 days (an extra 7 days) from the date of you receiving the goods in which to be issued with a FILTHY CLUB STORE Credit Note to the value of the item at the time of purchase. FILTHY CLUB STORE credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on the FILTHY CLUB WEB STORE or in the FILTHY CLUB STORE. If you want to purchase from the site with your Credit Note please contact us before making your purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you, we at THE FILTHY CLUB STORE take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting email@example.com about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you.
In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Please note refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear in 1/2 days. Refunds to Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.
Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC).
We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed. Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original packaging, shoes returned without their original boxes cannot be accepted.
Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
